Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Default shipping method: UPS Ground Saver.

UPS states that UPS Ground Saver transit time is generally comparable to UPS Ground plus 1 business day, and UPS Ground within the contiguous U.S. is typically 1–5 business days. Based on that, orders shipped from the Bay Area usually arrive in about 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

All preorder items are final sale.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

All lightsticks are brand new and sealed official HYBE items. Any scratches, defects, or quality issues are considered manufacturer-related issues. Therefore, all lightsticks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for these reasons.

The Krazzy team carefully packages all lightsticks with honeycomb paper for protection. However, minor box dents, slight creases, or small packaging deformation that occur during transit are not considered refundable or exchangeable issues.

Preorder / Backorder Policy

Orders will ship once all items in the order are available.
If your order contains multiple items, the order will be shipped after the last item is fulfilled.
