👔 Returnable Situations
❌ Incorrect Item Received
✦ Brand’s Error: If you receive the wrong item, rest assured, we will arrange an exchange immediately after confirmation of receipt. This process may take 4-5 business days (excluding holidays).
✦ KRAZZY’s Error: If you unfortunately receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days (no returns or exchanges after seven days) to arrange an exchange. To facilitate a smooth exchange process, please record a complete unboxing video (starting from the unopened box) and provide at least 3 photos of the product. Use USPS courier service for returns. We will process the exchange within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the goods. Ensure all returned items are in brand new condition, including the complete original packaging from KRAZZY and the brand.
❌ Missed Item
✦ If your order does not arrive in full, please contact us within seven days (no returns or exchanges after seven days) to arrange shipment of the missing item. Similarly, provide the necessary unboxing video and product photos.

✦ If you opt for our inspection service and we find any issues during our inspection at the Korea warehouse, we will contact you via SMS and email to arrange an exchange.
✦ Please note: If after inspection you no longer want the product due to personal reasons, we can offer a return service within 7 days, but you will bear the purchase and return shipping costs of the products.
✦ If you confirm to ship to the USA after inspection and find quality issues upon receipt (such as holes or missing parts), please contact KRAZZY online customer service within 7 days (no returns or exchanges after seven days). KRAZZY will offer a full refund, including product and shipping costs (excluding inspection service fee).
✦ For a smooth exchange process, record a complete unboxing video and provide at least 3 photos showing the quality issue. Without the video and photo evidence proving the damage was not caused during unboxing, we cannot offer a return or refund service.

Please note that returns for reasons like inappropriate size, color variance, original packaging issues, or fabric problems are not accepted.

✦ Size Mismatch: Actual sizes may differ from website indications.
✦ Color Variance: Color differences due to lighting or monitor resolution.
✦ Packaging Issues: Damage, stains, or loss of original packaging.

✦ Fabric Issues: Such as shrinkage or deformation.
✦ Uncomfortable Fit: Due to design or material.
✦ Odor: New clothes may have a smell.

💰 Refund Method
✦ Refunds will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. If you do not see the credit within 14 days, please contact your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
