📦 Inspection Process
✦ Initial Inspection: When your precious items arrive at our warehouse in Korea, you have the option to choose our inspection service. Our inspection team will conduct video unboxing and take detailed photos to thoroughly check the condition of the items.
✦ Damage or Quality Issues: If, unfortunately, any damage or quality issues are found, KRAZZY will immediately notify you via email or text message and provide appropriate solutions based on the processing results of the Korean website.
✦ Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item after inspection for personal reasons, we can offer a return and refund service within 7 days. You will bear all the shipping costs for purchasing and returning the product (please note: shipping costs vary depending on the Korean official website, generally ranging from $8-$10, and larger items may require a volumetric fee).
🔄 Post-Inspection Assurance
✦ Quality Issues in the USA: If you confirm shipment to the USA after inspection and discover quality issues upon receipt (such as holes or missing parts), please contact KRAZZY online customer service within seven days (no returns or exchanges after seven days). KRAZZY will provide a full refund, including the cost of the product and shipping (excluding the inspection service fee).
✦ Proof Requirement: To ensure a smooth exchange process, please record a complete unboxing video (starting from the sealed box) and provide at least 3 photos of the quality issue. Without the video and photo evidence proving the damage was not caused during unboxing, we cannot offer a return or refund service.
🛑 Scope and Exclusions
✦ Scope: Service available for selected items only.
✦ Exclusions: Color and size discrepancies, missing hangtags/labels, packaging damage, authenticity checks, functional testing of electronic products.
💵 Service Fees
✦ Fee Structure: 2% of the item’s price, with a minimum of $1 per item.
✦ Non-Refundable: Inspection fees are for the service and are non-refundable once paid.
